Nitrogen defficient already it looks like, is that soil just plain nutless ph ballanced organic? I use 2 month auto feed for all my new sproutlings so I usually dont get this prob this early with any of my plants, just my nub opinion though, hopefully more input is coming, but yeah looks just like N defic.

Yeah sounds like nail has it . If your ph is off bad which it can be, even after a week of sitting my tap water is at a 8.5 ph!! So your getting the beginings of lock out, the most noticeable and easily identifiable is nitrogen. If it is nute lock you will start seeing signs of other deficiencies soon like purpling veins and black lines on the leaves.

Before ya add anything your going to need to invest in some form of ph testing, be it a 100 dollar digatal meter or some 1.99 pool test strips. IF your ph isnt off too bad you can purchase some nutes with a high N content thats the 1st number in the set of 3 on the bottle for example 3.1.1 has 3 parts nitrogen 1phospherus and 1 part potassium.

USE 1/2 of manufacturers recommended strength though to start.

IF your ph is too high / low and your ph locked, adding nitrogen wont do anything.

Btw your soil looks really dry.

it looks to me like ur using miracle grow poting soil. and im going to guess u water to much. and that stuff is full of bugs. ph also might be off but my guess is over watering what are ur temps? what is ur humidit? put a piece of duct tape across the top of the pots for a day or 2 and see if there and bugs stuck to it. need more info about ur set up to make a correct assumption.

Hopefully before you even get started you must have a good organic soil, not the cheap organic stuff but the 15.00 for 3 cu.ft soil. do you have your plants in such a soil???

That right u need a Ph tester that is most important even if you let the water sit out a few days doesn't matter your ppm may drop a little but if your PH is too high it will stay that way til you change it and your soil should but good for a few weeks 4 the most if not 2 so u really didnt have to add nutrients to it,i would have waited after the the two weeks to add it at least a week to ten days before you add anything besides water and only water when you see the dirt is bone dry, humidity should be no more than 50%-60% try to stay within that range, flower stage 40%-50% try to stay within and make sure your temp is no more than 90f-95f stay within 70f-86f you should be fine. This should help when you start fresh next time until then just get a PH tester do your test of the water when its time to water do so no nute's for a few days maybe a week or so to make sure you didnt put too much nute's in (flush) or get a EC tester they both cost the same on ebay that way you know that PH and EC levels are,and next time get all your tools first before you start buying the seeds should be the very last part and read read read or ask for help before you start. hope i helped you if not let me know

with the right ph level water use distilled water and still check the ph level it should be around 7 and u can put very little very little ph down to get it to 6.5 and water it keep doing it when its time to water and you will be flushing every time you do that

my plants are fine but i been through the sick thing before but fixed it with no problem im using bubbleponic system but also using dirt as well at my other house so i know a little something not saying im a pro but doesn't take alot to grow just plant, feed, and get it light just the over feed or water them, its just like you eating food,if you put too much salt on your food will you eat it and keep it eating i dont think so you will try to fix it, always start with very little food that way you can add more when you need to but if you put too much its hard to take it back

do not flush that soil. ur soil has time release nutes the wetter u get it the faster it releases. what i would do is let it dry out spray the leaves with water. the plant will take all the water it needs threw the leaves let the plant us up some of the nutes in the soil. im not telling you not to water at all just let it dry out for a few days longer then normal.
