Need Some Help With My New HPS

Hello all, and thanks for reading.
First I would like to say that I am not a first time grower, but this is my first time using hps. I know the basics, the light schedule and how far away to hang my light and all that, I'm just wondering how heavy the hood and bulb are...I haven't actually gotten my light yet, it's being shipped. I have a set of yo yo hangers with a 22 lb per pair capacity. Is that going to be enough? My ballast will sit on the floor, so its just the hood and bulb the hangers need to support. I think it will be okay, I just want to be sure, for my ladies' sakes! Thanks alot, and +rep for intelligent responses.

hello the yo yo hangers are more than enough to hold light and reflector also would raise ballast slightly of ground incase of water spill hope this helps

Thank you! That does help. I did plan on putting the ballast on a small shelf, but thanks for the heads up. +rep as promised.

Any second opinions?

yo yo's will do fine. screw a couple of hooks into the ceiling attatch yo yo's off ya go.
keep the lamp 6 ft above cuttings then lower after a week to 2 ft above canopy. keep at 2 ft above at all times (as they grow)

The yo yo's that yo mention are 22 lb rated, there are the same ones on the Sunlight Supply website that recommend for their lamps. New to HID? Once of prevention, pound of cure. Lower the lamp slowly. Good luck!
