Need some help

Hey everyone,
I'm a total noob to the growing game and honestly just started doing it as a hobby. I'm growing a plant that was gifted to me by my brother. Dont know much about it other than (after doing some research) it's most likely a female indica and according to my brother the seed came from a birthday cake or a girl scout cookie strain?
Anyway the plant was doing really well up until recently with the heat waves we've had in CA.
I moved it indoors and noticed it was kinda stunted. Then I repotted it from a 2.5qt container to a 2-3 gallon one. I'd been feeding it a generic liquid plant food and stopped after seing signs of stress. First it was whitish/brownish dry spots in some leaves, then some leaves started turning yellow. I stopped watering in case of too much moisture and it slowed the decay but old leaves have been dying out slowly and some new growth still shows spots here and there. It used to be very lush and now it seems... well not lush. It's still very green but growth seems slow and theres lots of new growth but some is still dying off... any ideas what this could be? Should I flush for possible over feeding? Or continue to let soil dry and then water regularly without nutes? Any advice would be appreciated. IMG_1598057349826.jpg
This is it before the repotting.
First signs of stress.

Here's the full plant

The plant has been in the vegetative stage since around late March, I'm thinking it should be much larger and bushier but honestly cant figure out what could be wrong.

also what light is that and is there air circulation?
I was using miracle-gro all purpose plant food. NPK is 12 4 8
The light is a 600W LED Grow Light Full Spectrum I bought on Amazon but I just got it a couple of days ago. Before that I had it by a window and when it got slightly darker I'd place it under a 60w grow light I had bought before.

What is your Feedwater PH? Are you using a RO system, if not are you ensuring that you let water sit for 24hr? What is the Starting PPM?

Distilled water has nothing in it so you get nothing from it spring water is what I have but a good filter water is good :hump:

Would it benefit from a flush? Or just giving it water when it's not moist? Also, is distilled water better under the circumstances?
Distilled or spring it really does not matter for a flush, what is important is the PH of the water and the soil.
For feed, I would say Spring over distilled. the micro nuts in Spring can help unless you are adding them to the distilled water.

Please test the run off to see what the Ph of the water is, the runoff will give you some indication as to the PH that the soil may be close too.

Bloodmeal for more nitrogen? I have been mixing some soil with guinea pig droppings (which have plenty of nitrogen) so i could mix in some of that? But it seems to me that the problem is most likely either nutrient lock out or ph inbalance... it's really hard to tell for sure because with the current weather and the plant being repotted recently theres a lot of possibilities. I've read numerous articles and watched tons of videos but have yet to find the same signs of stress on any of them.

I was using water from my fish tank for a while since i end up flushing it down the toilet if i dont, and i know fishtank water has a bunch of nutrients from the fish waste. When i'm not using fishtank water i use tap water so i guess it could be getting too many micronutrients? The PH would probably be in the 7-8 range.
I stopped fully watering about a week ago and the soil has stayed wet for a long time. I've been testing it daily with a 3 in 1 checker.

If your ph is 7-8 then yes, you have a lockout.
No lie that is kind of weird to use fish water but no judgment. Also, I have no clue what the ppm of fish water can be.
Also, you need your tap water to sit out.
I suggest get like a 25 gallon or even a 5-gallon bucket and have the water sit out to get all the chlorine out.
Add liquid nuts first then PH balance, please use a pump to have water moving.
