Need some info

I have some banana sprouting on my agent orang, It's only 2 so far I'm just trying to hear a few goo ways to get rid of them or some info to prevent them in the future. I'm also need some opinions in a good horticulture book for organic growing. Any info is appreciated.

There's only one way to remove them, just pick them off.
As for preventing males in the future, keep the stress levels as low as possible, that's all that we can do really.

Thanks, ill start tweezing them, I had a power plant that was a feminized seed and man that plant was a producer big fluffy nugs but seedy as hell I think it must've spread pollen to other plants, I had a seedy crop. I'm using super soil I'm wondering if that would cause hermies if mixed too strong or cold temp while the lights are out I'm definatly going to send good vibrations in hopes for no more.

pollen from a plant wont cause the other plant to hermi, what has happened you stressed it
and there is a list of things that could have done it, what week of flowering are u at?

Thanks twitch, I realize that plants won't cause each other to herm, but I believe that one plant did pollinate the surrounding plants. As for my agent orange that are going into there 5th week I just don't know what the stress is. I think It has something to do with the super soil I mixed maybe I used too strong a guano, I'm just not really sure what stress would cause a plant to herm. I only add water week 3 and six ill add a little molasses but that's about it.

I meant to say I add water only but on weeks 3 and 6 ill mix in a little molasses.
