Need some opinions please light burn?

Your lights were/are so close that this is why there are also squat, not stretching up high, and look hungry, food needs to equal available light, you give so much good light, now give them the food to match, so they can process this light+Co2=glucose cellular energy for growth. low nutrients and all processes slow down and the plant is eating itself removing leaf nutrients turning pale and deficient searching for something to use for fuel.
 
So would you say these are underfed too?

Same strain one in strawberry fields and the other in fox farms both fox farms.

They were both fed a tea of great white, bat guano, worm casting before these signs showed up. Looks even worse after a 3 gallon each flush
