need some quick advice +rep

well ive posted before but for something different, my new question is that my plant is 15 days old its growing outdoors (i know it late in season but im still tryin it out for learning exp. since first grow) and in the past like 7 days its only like grew 1/2 an inch from 2 inchs - 2 1/2 inchs but leafs have been getting bigger. My very bottom leafs the smallest ones are starting to turn like a little yellow green but the big leafs and the smaller newer top leafs are looking healthy was wondering if it was normal for the bottom leafs to be doing this at 15 days, yesterday and today have been raining all day no sun light yesterday and looks the same today i been keeping it in a spot where little rain can get to it to avoid over watering. Another question i have is you think i should wait untill its 21 days old to give it the nutes or what this weekend post to be nice again so i hoping it'll start growing more again.

Ps: when its like 21-28 days old i plant on transfering it to the bigger pot.

I dont think that this is normal in just fifteen days but if your growing outside you have no control over mother nature!! If the sun hasnt been coming out then there is not much you can do but provide light for it inside!! I think that is your problem!! Not 100% sure with no pics but that is what it sounds like! As far as the nutes go ive heard everything! I went with nutes when i saw first "true" leaves but i cut it down to about 1/16 of the nutes it called for! you can try the same if you like because my plants are doing fine!! If not I would wait about three weeks because that is what everyone else on this site says! Here are some pics of mine....this is day 9!! GOOD LUCK and let us see some picks please! Nice pics, cant bring it in atm i was just gonna see how far i could get it by like end sept then bring it in from there hope it stops raining for a few weeks, kinda been raining alot here sun looks to be coming out so hope it'll do it some good as for the nutes i think i might just give them 1/6 like you on fridays itll just be 5 days before 3 weeks, i just hope sun come back out and clouds and rain move to other places cuz sunlight is key thanks for post ill give ya your rep going to go work out bbl. (still taking advice if anyone cares ill probually wont check back here untill tommarrow)
