Need Something to Bulk Out My Buds

i seem to have some bud ... but unfortunatly it seems to be a bit hollow and light, anyone got any good sugestions to bulk it up a bit? im growing in soil and have added bio blume.

also the leaves on my plant seem to be curling round and down growing in a upside down U shape . if anyone has experianced this a diagnosis would be apreciated

Pictures would be a huge help..... I have a few ideas, but i don;t give diagnoses or suggestions without pictures and details, simply because too many others do and it can ruin your grow if the wrong diagnoses is made. Try to include some pictures, write about your lighting, how often you are watering, type of soil, nutrients? ph, etc., you know the drill... I'll keep an eye out for your response.
