the amount of buds is directly linked to the size of the roots/amount of feed/amount of water
as u are starting u can figure at least 2 oz off the first seed and 3 to 4 ozs off the 2/3 seeds
here is how to start it
when u get the go box it has rooting ........u want 1/2 a ml of rooting mixed into 2 cups of water .......soak the plugs in that 45 mins in a bowl ....take them out and lightly squeeze them 3 times to get some water out .....use a pen cap (the prong) poke into the plug make a hole......look at the seed fun the pointy end and bulby end ........put the seed in the plug with the pointy end up (u can use the 1 ml pipette to push down)........now the left over water u take some and add it to dome not much just at the 4 corners ........put the plugs in the middle (to label them get a toothpick and masking tape make little flag on toothpick write name or something down on it put in plug) ........take a small cup (something that fits in dome) add seltzer water to it put it in corner) now take the lid and a smoke on one side of the lid make 1 small round hole (cig sized is perfect) clean it up and then place the lid on with the whole as far away from the seltzer water as u can (this lets the water release the co2 and push out the oxygen with out popping the lid).....if u got more 4 cups 1 ml 6 cups 1 1/2mls ......u want the water temp to be mid 70s not hot not cold
put it on something warm (i have 2foot 8 bulb t5 that is sits one ) ..........now for 3 days u must leave it alone u should see sprouts out the top .....if not u can carefully crack the plug and look at the seed it might just need little help ...........if one seed has popped and others not get the one that has out plant it in planter put under the light .........dump the little cup out refill and cap come back in 2 days (any time u open that dome u replace the seltzer water)
i only failed 7 times ....3 times due to bad seeds (the breeder supplied new ones) and 4 due to much heat they basically cooked ...starting my 3rd year lost track on the numbers of grown in soil
after that it is just feeding and watering
seedling only give it 2 cups of water / feed until u see it getting big as it does increase the amount of water/feed .........your plant will flip into flowering at this time u want to water the whole planter (not a flush but a watering until it leaks out ) at that point the roots will do there bloom under the soil as the plant above is stretching and making bud sites
here is some personal info on soil bags ....when the bags are 100% dry and plants droop from need of watering
3 gallon soil bag will only hold 1/2 gallon of water at that point will leak out of those bags
5 gallon is just shy of 1 gallon
7 gallon can take 1 gallon no trouble
a 10 gallon bag u do not need to fill up 100% shoot for 7/8 gallons and use 1 gallon of water
after u get this and a understanding of the plant/strains a mix of Chemical feeds and Organic feeds will get u better results but that is something to move into once u got organics under belt
now your plant will do doing well and look great if u want u can up the feed just little bit ......each time u do watch the tips of the leaves if they do not get a little burnt/fried looking u can up it little more ....when u see the tips get a little burnt back the feed down to what u were giving right before u sawl the burn .........u have just maximized the feed for that plant this will increase the buds and weight .....what u sawl on the tips is call Nutrient burn it comes from to strong of a feed this is how u know u maxed out that plants feed ........not all plants are the same the roots are different so each one only intakes and uses so much so u have to tweak for each plant........this is only during flowering stage tho
watering is when u see the leaves droopy ....once u know the pattern just give it the water right before it would need it
feeding u need to do every other one so water feed water feed water feed .....this allows u to see the reactions
this is to help u it is a nice little program made for growing ..........they just added a strain library on it so it will have the same info/breeder info released/ as the web sites

get the 0.7.0 install and run it then get the 0.7.8 and update it ..........it can help u keep track of time and it gives u a place to keep info and other things so when u tweak and get it down u have something to refer too if u do not do strain again for while
i grow autos .......and i cycle my strains .........your t5 light use that to start your plants when they get that 2nd set of leaves on them move them to a 1000w MH bulb when they show signs of flowering change the bulb to a 1000w HPS run them like that
time table 20 hours on 4 off gets me good results
