Need tent advice

I want to raise a tent up 2'...so I can fit a res underneath...then a flood and drain tray sitting on the floor of the tent. The plants would be at a nice height to work on. I don't even know how the zippers work...from the bottom like in a tent?

You guys see any obstacles to this?

Sounds like it will all work. Wish i had the headroom you have there. You will obviously have to build a platform for the tent but im guessing you know that.
Some tents have a single zip door like a camping tent, my gorilla has two per door, and a center zip to connect the two.

Thanks boatguy...ya I figure all I'll need is a chunk of plywood and a few 2x4s...don't want it to collapse. I'll have to do some ladder work getting the ventilation and lights. I have two nice 315s and I'll use my led in veg. Maybe two 3' tents with a 315 in each. The extra space in the room will be for Mommas, clones and stuff. I want to keep everything in one room...place is getting too cluttered even for me! (and I'm a slob)

Pretty sturdy tent and all the issues people have had I didn't. But the issues that I have read about with a little mechanical experience you would have seen a issue and fixed it or returned it. Back to your question, the zippers:
They have one zip doors that have rounded corners and varying heights of theses door sills.
I find these open the best compared to the straight zips. -because the vertical straight zips also have horizontal zips intersecting at the top and bottom.
It's a pia to close properly.
So you'll have to look online at design and door positions. Also look at where the passive intakes are located and will they function and keep light away from other tents/girls etc. -I have seen passive intakes w Velcro covers and others just came w a scrap of tent material to cover it somehow w tape I guess. https://www.growlights.ca/growtent-systems/ultra-premium-grow-tents-1680d.html

Go with the thickest you can afford.
Look for all steel frames.
No plastic corners.
Check reviews-these zips need to last.
I like the fusion hut tents as they're in my price range. Only a year so far w mine and no issues.
Ship to the nearest depot and call for pickup.

Tent zips don't go right to the floor level, they are maybe two inch above , the wire and duct socks are higher still. Not that you couldn't work around that but you could just as easy have the res and tray in the tent itself and still have the plants at same height they would of been.
I used to have a flood and drain pod system with a res and frame below, it cost me 2ft but it was still easy to grow in there without any fuckery.
