1st post so be patient while I figure this board out. I'm running a two room setup (veg and flower rooms) my flower room is aproximently 10' by 15' I'm running two thousand watt hps, 8" inch vented hoods. I'm pulling air out of my attic and pulling it through the reflectors and out of the room. I'm running a sentinel grow computer, hooked up to a propane co2 generator set at 2500 ppm. I'm recirculating the co2 enriched air through a charcoal filter/inline fan to cut odor. I have two wall mount oscillating fans. Im not pulling fresh air in as I want to keep my pretty much airtight room co2 rich. I have a healthy temp of around 85 degrees Durring the day and 70 at night. I have 20 plants 1 week into flower. 10 are ak47 , 10 are cough. Here is my problem, my humidity is stuck @ 70% , I need to get it down around 50%. I have a small dehumidifier bit its not doing much to solve the problem. Any ideas on how I cam bring that down and keep my co2 levels high? Any help would be appreciated greatly! If you need any additional info please ask. I'll include a couple pics and will probably be posting more on a seperate thread Durring my grow.

bringing it down has nothing to do with co2 levels( 2500 is wayyyyyyyyyyyy too high) just get a better dehumidifier. how are you cooling the room?

That was supposed to read 1500ppm and yes my humidity is directly related to my propane co2 generator. When propane burns it release co2, heat, and a lot of moisture. Cooling the room is no issue, with the cold weather the temp balances right around 85 degrees, which is good for a co2 system... What size dehumidifier would you suggest and do you know any good brands?

Are you watering and let it sit on the floor? How how is humidity in the attic? You either have to get fresh air w/ low humidity in or dry your current air ie better humidifier. We would need to know what u have now to make a guess at it.

Im in a upstairs bedroom, have a 8" duct coming out of the roof (attic) to vent the reflectors, exhausts to outside the room. Room is sealed, I could add a third fan to bring fresh air in, however that will dillute the co2 levels in the room... Causing the co2 burner to work more, causing more heat and humidity (by products of using propane co2 generator) thereby causing the vent fan to kick on... Seems like a silly repeated series of events.... I'm thinking of just dropping the $200 on a bigger dehumidifier?

I have the opposite problem.....My temp is 73.8 and 44 percent humid.. How can I raise the temp....Room temp is 72 out the tent.....My wife already ragging on me because its too hot down there.....My girls seem to be healthy tho......

I moved my ballast's outside my grow room and vented my hoods to cut heat, your temp isn't too bad unless your running co2? I wouldn't worry too much if your sitting @ 73 degrees. I really can't give much more info without knowing your setup. I'm gonna start a thread about my grow (ill have a perpetual garden) soon.
