Need to rethink existing setup

So I have a 1K HPS in a sealed hood and a 4 bucket aeroponic / DWRC in a space that is roughly 3.5' x 5'. I love the results but not the noise and reliability. First off I am in whats considered a attached home so smell, noise, and stealth are all BIG factors. This damn fan on the 1K HPS is audibly noticeable, at least to me and I am concerned with the heat it gives off which is vented into a small confined space treated with ozone then into an attic.

Second problem is the aeroponic system I have been running, great results, but it seems like every few days it springs a leak or the drain in one of the buckets gets clogged. I need something that will give me the same results but is more reliable. Also cleaning out all the tubing is an all day event. I have been looking at flood drain tables and they seem like the most reliable option, but they seem much more geared to a SOG method of growing. Due to legal reasons I am limited to no more than 9 plants and with mother and vegging clones this means 4 in flower total... not really suited for a flood drain table.

I also need to have a hydro setup where I can just pull the plant out of one system and drop it in the other. Right now that works great ,because I am using a rainforest 66 in veg and I just pull the 6in pot out of that and drop it into the aeroponic / DWRC.

So here is my plan. I will trade my local hydro store my HPS, sealed hood, and dimable digital ballast for 1 Kessil H350; and I will buy 3 more for 4 in total. Each one is supposed to be equivalent of a 350w HID. http://www.kessil.com/products/h350_led_grow_light.php (should I go with all red/magenta or should I throw in 1 or 2 deep purple) I would like to put them on a spinner or light rail but I need to see how noisy they are.

I hope that 4 of these lights should equal or exceed the performance of the HPS and allow me to eliminate the inline cooling fan. Hopefully I can then seal the room and introduce CO2 but that's a whole nother thread.

For the Hydro I have no idea ... I want something reliable and quiet and must be able to transfer 6in pots from one area to another... or at least be able to move plants. Also the plants should not have shared root space in veg so they do not tangle them selves together making the transplant to flower room a pain.

Any thoughts / advice would be greatly appreciated.
