topping works (picking out the top-new growth from bud sites makes them double), LST'ing also works (training by bending and securing stems). do a search and you can find a variety of ways to manage height

hmmm...sorry I misunderstood. hmmmmm...so you wish to better control the bushiness? width across and depth of the plant?tying them can be a process to confine them (LST).....there have been some wild experiments in this regard, but the plants seem to be able to adjust and adapt rather exceptionally...responding very well to slight adjustments made continually to "guide" the growth where you want it?

conceptually....yes....I am not familiar with SCOG and other techniques of that nature....I know there are thrteads on here that do deal with it....you should be able to find something....

hey man if you have a bit of money, check out "humboldt county's own bushmaster" (i hate having to type that out). It is supposed to be real sensitive but it will *STOP* vertical growth and makes the plant bypass the two weeks of stretch in flower, bringing in your harvest a full two weeks sooner.
