Can neem oil be used during the flowering period???

Yes, neem oil is not toxic, that is why a lot of us use it. If you are three or more days away from harvest and you have a pest problem deal with it now, don't wait. VV

Yes but just remember to not spray anything on your flowering plants in your last two weeks of your cycle.

I've never looked up the difference between cold presed and hot pressed neem oil, but everything I've read suggests the cold pressed.
