um, sounds like typical condo commando threats to me. popo be on the way today NOT tomorrow...
but, wuuldn't it have been much more cost effective just to have purchased the carb scrub and fan? seems like soooo much time/energy is spent on figuring out what can/cannot, may/may not happen. imenaa 150$ too much investment not to stress out legal or not? how much is your time worth? this is negative ROI ppl...
i agree..but also once it did start to reak he still didnt buy a scrubber lol
sheer stupidity...life and liberty are worth more to me than 150$ and dont say ya dont have the money boss cause if ya dont then dont be growin!

unfortunatly almost ALL standard lease agreements nowadays state that you cannot break any federal laws. sorry homey if your association doesn't want you doing that there then you won't be. unless you're a home owner then i'm not quite sure if they can muscle you around as much or not.

Dude your good, IF they do show up make sure you greet with a smile and be polite, show them your card and credentials to grow, and they'll leave you alone. Same thing with your neighbor, when he tries to fuck with you just give him a smile and remind him that the police have checked it out and go on about your day. Don't let an asshole neighbor ruin your experience with this beautiful plant prime creator has manifested for us.

my experience is, when the plantsa are happy, they don't stink. it's when they are tussled, or thirsty, or some other form of stress. more than likely when you are there they don't stink too bad. it's when the light s go off. that's when they REALLY stink. for me anyway.
set the rooms to both go off at the same time and run an ozone generator for 15 min before to thirty min after llghts out. no filters to replace, no high powered fans, and they can be built DIY for as cheap as you can get a neon light ballast(50 bucks).

Sounds like you need to start beefing up your odor control after this. Seems like you've already made quite an investment already. Couldn't hurt to invest a little more $ in big carbon filters, ona gel gallons, and an ionizer so they dont "sniff you out" again.

LOL, herb smells when flowering and it does not really matter how dank or not it is.
Have you ever smelled lilies in the summer, with blowing wind you can still smell them from far away. If you do not invest in odor control you eventually will be smelled out.

Ok, couple things since i didnt see this got replyed to somehow lol...I grow in a tent right now. 8x4 with 3 1kw lights! Im using industrial size ac for it to cool. When ac is on the tent wants to float off the ground so the smell is pushed out of any cracks and just disperses everywhere. Like i said hundred times. This is a first time grow so i didnt realize the smell would be so bad and when it did smell wouldnt be able to have the smell go away without take 2 1kw lights out and then adding a scrubber so air wasnt pushed out of the tent from ac...
As for an update, i confronted my neighbor on other side of me who made the "exhaust fumes" complaint. Told him about the card and what i was doing and he laughed and we went our seperate ways, hour later him and 2 friends who rents the garage with him knock on my door an want to see them cause one out of three lived in florida and grew all the time but they were 6ft outdoor trees... needless to say i said i was busy and made joke with them so it wasnt obvious for them to not come in. They also asked for some when it was finished lol.
Then, i confronted the old man who made the threat and told him i lied to him and told him about the card and how they were small and apologized for smell... he said dont worry about it. We were worried because someone thought it was a gas leak. He introduced himself to me an i did so back and we went our ways after he told me how many people he knew with the card and also made a joke about selling him some.
Finally, i am sitting inside my office at garage and i hear my neighbors alarm going off so i go to my front door and hear a door shut and car start and drive off. So i open the door an see my other nieghbor (number 5, im number 3, number 4 is who smelled exhaust) driving down rd. They are locksmiths who moved in 2 months ago an sit outside drinking all night and must not have known i was there. About 3min later 2 cops come down the rd and im standing outside on phone with friend saying how unit 5 tried to break into unit 4 (quite the coincidence). Cop asked if i shut the alarm off an i told him it was the neighbors alarm and they havent been here for hours. Luckily for me i knew one of the cops from school(jeeze gettin old now that i know the cops lol) so didnt have to open my unit cause they would have smelled it. Needless to say tmr i am speaking with my neighbors about the alarm because i have cameras and the idiot is on camera driving away 1 sec after her shuts the door from alarm going off. I wouldve gave to cops that night but not wanting them inside for no reason right now. Ill give to neighbors and let them decide what to do... for the next 10days a friend is living at my garage lol.

Different herb smells differently... You telling me lemon skunk smells like sour diesel? Or how about purple wreck, does it smell as dank as a widow strain? Sorry, some strains smell more than others - to say they dont is naive.
In case someone gets confused.... the units are all connected and mine is 3 next door who complained is 4 and number 5 is the locksmiths.... the locksmiths must have smelled it and got one of emails and though number 4 had the stuff in it... when alarm went off they jumped in truck and booked it.
When these are chopped down i am already in process of building 2 10x10 rooms that will have scrubbers and are at a completely different location... live and learn. For now im just protecting my harvest as i need it to finish the new place.

My cotton candy was pretty much all yellowed until the cal-mag. Just sucks i waited too long into flowering. I can see weeks 4 an 5 were starved for nitrogen. Half way into week 6 was too late for me to use it an has me little nervous on yeild suffering. Tmr they start using MOAG. Recommended from grow store. Also, i lowered the lights to about 14" above the highest bud.
So i made few rookie mistakes and learned from each one. Ill make post of finished product an yeild.
When these are chopped down i am already in process of building 2 10x10 rooms that will have scrubbers and are at a completely different location... live and learn. For now im just protecting my harvest as i need it to finish the new place.
