Who cares if it makes him look suspicious?

Even if I wasnt growing anything in my shed and my neighbors were spying on me...damn right i would approach them.

They would be stunned that I noticed them and would apologize for their actions, or deny spying in the first place.

Neither would result in the cops being called if he showed some balls.

People like to be rats with discretion - meaning they don't want you to know they are the ones telling on you...SO if you let on to someone, it is very unlikely they will make a peep.

Or they can find you really defensive and call the cops... Being a hard ass always fails when the cops get there. You get the courage to tell the cops to fuck off AFTER you do it. If this dude had balls he wouldn't have started the thread, he would have ran up on his neighbor who is probably some war vet who would go into cardiac arrest...

You could pull something slick and wave to them, so they see you know theyr watching and itll seem you dont care or purposely carry something in the shed that throws them off like a tv if your shed is big enuff to be a believable room
