You started this a while ago so the trip is probably already done.

There are vineyards and wine producers around there on the Canadian side if anyone likes wine. You are also in the middle of the fruit belt and can get sun ripened produce. The green stuff that gets picked for the average supermarket doesn't compare. I used to live near St. Catherines and remember walking through peach orchards. We picked ripe peaches off the ground and dusted them off. Then peeled the skin off with juice running down our arms. Man, those were GOOD !!!

Got back from our trip yesterday. Was a success. We didn't do much besides walk around and eat a bunch of good food. Spent a bit of time at the casinos. Didn't win nothing but still had fun. The hotel itself was so so. But the room was pimp with a good view of the America Falls. Which while not as impressive as the Canadian Falls, still pretty fucking impressive. And the hotel was centrally located. Could pretty much walk anywhere in about 10 minutes. And the casino right across the street.

Tipping with coins in a club will garner more attention than expected.

I have seen guests get tossed out for landing a quarter on the dancers ass.
It stuck to her oiled up hide.
She was pissed and had to peel it off her ass.
The crowd laughed as the bouncers escorted the dude out the door.
I was in Medicine Hat when a guy tried to make a deposit in the dancer with a looney while she was on her back spread eagle. The guy next to me was removed from his seat by his neck in a choke by one of the biggest bouncers I have ever seen. The bouncer carried him out and the dudes feet didn't touch the ground standing up with his chin jaunting out above the crook of the bouncers elbow.
