and I'm talking about the same thing if they confiscate it! I have extensive experience in receiving and forwarding cargo! just Neptune made a mistake when they decided to throw me with my order - Neptune scammers - God be their judge!

I did get all my steamer hooks for fly tying, albeit with plenty of green tape. Never had beans bothered.

Placed two orders at Neptune.

Both never arrived.

The shipments are stuck according to USPS shipment tracking.

I only received ONE reply to several emails from me. Here is the full quote:

"Hey there, I am sorry you didn't get a response to your previous email. We tried to open an investigation on them but they said since we are not the customer that we can not."

Further questions about what I could do or what was going on remained unanswered.

For me, this is the worst support I have ever seen

Not surprising, in my experience Neptune sales and support is at the bottom of my list of vendors. They will list specific freebies that come with packs but not actually have them and then if you complain they'll just say oh well we're out and don't guarantee them instead of actually updating their site to not list them. I consider this bait and switch. Then I've also been sold packs and been told they're out of stock after taking my money and then instead of giving a refund I'm told to pick something else and they'll make the extras worth my hassle. Nope, they sent exactly the same extras as my other order that wasn't out of stock. It's annoying when you order specific strains and also specific packs for the specific freebies. Some breeders freebies are as good or better than the regular pack so buying a particular pack just for the particular freebie like from dynasty or relic is not uncommon. They're not the usual junk freebies from many other breeders. I can just shop somewhere else and not have to deal with the incompetence. I only buy from them if they have some pack I can't find anywhere else. They're also the only vendor that make you pay for guaranteed shipping within the US. WTF is that? Any other vendor will replace your seeds if in the US and shipped from the US if tracking shows they don't arrive.
