I don't if im banned, I tried to place another order and got the same thing. Iv'e emailed them and got nothing. I figured with their sale going on someone would have got back to me. Iv'e never ordered from before so it's weird.
 
Ok, I just looked and they emailed me:
Hello, all protonmail emails have been blocked due to high fraud. Please try using a different email address.
So no protonmail accounts to be used.

pronton is constantly a problem here too, most people who sign up for it are spam almost all pronton emails are stopped by our spam filter

Well just a thought, it should state it here when signing up that Protonmail might be blocked by your system(It might, im not sure), any seed banks should aslo do that so people wont run into any issues.
 
I have purchased a few times from Neptune with a protonmail address without issue. You have to wait for a sale just to get retail on most if their offerings. Big markup, but you will get legitimate seeds
 
Well, their shipping is fast seeing how their in Cali verses the ones overseas. I ordered these on the 5th and got them today. My phones camera is wasted. Gary Payton Bx1, Twenty20's Snowcaine V.2 and 42 freebie!
