Never ending garden. changing strains, tga, thseeds, and a few more.....

tehe its getting stinky in here >.<.. the old lady is not very pleased....but i am lol. 58g of kandy kush officially dried. the curing process begins now :hump:

Things be going kev. Trying to make sure this drying process goes smooth. i always fuck it up... could u walk me through how u do??. after 3 days of drying, the buds were getting a lil crispy, so i put them in paper bags for a day and then jarred after that day. i want to slowly dry the bud so it wont be so harsh and have a dank smell... ive always fucked up on this part >.<. And whats the oint of growing dank looking bud but not dank smelling bud?

its all about cure mate how i do it is dry until stems bend not snap trim and then jar and burp twice a day every 8-10 hours for a couple hour then back with the lid on mate i do that for a few weeks slowly building up the time till my buds are around 48 % humidity level keep burping until i get that smell and touch that i like..

Thanks for your input. i just got to have the patients lol. i smoked a small bit to try it and my word i was impressed! a slight taste of gas and pine and easy on the throat, but once it hits your lungs...phwew.. I dont mean to pat myself on the back, i am just happy with the results, and cant wait to improve

Soak the piss out of em too, like drowning them. It will dry more evenly and slowly and be smooth even before the cure. I used to be of the mind to starve them of water at the end but I have confirmed that this seems to induce harshness. Irishboy pointed out something that is interesting as well, cut at the end of a dark cycle (night) when uptake is at its minimum so that any residual nutrient is not in current uptake. every little bit helps

^^^ nice brother high resin content is for sure call for a backcross! I recommend a large selection pool of more than 5 plants of the bx solely because high diversity can exhibit causing amazing selection chances beyond the normal scope of a f1 in my humble opinion the chances for two recessive alleles to match up and shine is amazingly high... A-13 bx an my own sour Cush bx have amazed me with crazy traits....
