never ending sativas

Hello all, quick question. I have some sativas(ice) that have under 12/12 for about 10 weeks. They are all heavy and sticky, even the lower buds. The hairs have'nt really shown any color change, about 75/25, white to orange. The trics seem to be showing little progresssion to amber. They have been stuck in this state for atleast 2 weeks. I should also note that the tops have become so heavy they are leaning, the sides that are in more direct light have had an explosion of hair growth, I mean there is 80% more hair on the sides in the direct light.

Thanks

Well you never actually asked a question. Much less a "quick" one, but I'm going to assume you are wondering if that is normal. Wait for the hairs and trichs to change and you will be rewarded. If it's possible I would rotate your plants to spread that side growth explosion.
75/25% ratio white to orange you prolly got at least two weeks.

Exactly, I got an increase of 15% when sidelights were put in the main budroom. Surround the plant with light and the plant will surround itself with buds, direct relationship.

On the other subject, Wow, you got amber from your sativa? I have gone 75 days without the first hint of amber. Powerful, wonderful, wideawake smoke. Hairs don't brown much either, the sativa seems to add fresh hairs as it grows. They brown quick enough when hanging.

I have indica for couchlock, don't need amber. I chop at 65 days. Putting a new plant in the budroom for 3 weeks gives more return than keeping the old plant for another 3 weeks.

This sativa was not tied, the main stem snapped about 7" up, usually the branches lean over and touch something. This one broke in the middle of the night. Hate when that happens.

Yeah it was more of a statement and longwinded, I wanted to provide as much info as possible.
Thanks for your help
