New ad popups..........

What's with the new popups in the bottom right of the screen, and the redirecting to new tabs sometimes when you click next page?
I usually use Chrome for my browser because I like it better than FFox, but FFox filters out most of the popups and junk.
Is there a setting here we can change to avoid this garbage, or is it just something new we put up with like the 'support' box blocking the right corner?

i use chrome and i don't see any new fangled pop ups .. try a pop up blocker..
