I'll have to try that. I love a horseradish sauce with my steak. I usually use sour cream but greek yoghurt sounds like a tasty substitute, thanks.

Bearnaise is good


A1 is a fave.

There are other alternatives too.

Horseradish and beef goes well. If I want to be decadent then I have Gorgonzola on top of my steak.

Making a bastard version of Tai Bai Ji which is spicy stir-fried chicken. It calls for Sichuan pickled chillies. Can't get them. I use Sambal Oelek to substitute which is basically chili, salt, vinegar.
