I figured it out - for some reason a glitch in my caffeine dosage prompted my brain to see arurula and think Kale.
Yeah, that's it.

There's a place called Mendocino Farms that mixes kale in their Modern Caesar. I'm addicted it's so tasty. I buy kale and try to do that and NO! So magic is obviously involved

I like homemade kale chips.

I made a Caesar with panchetta for lunch today. With salami and provolone roll ups.
