We don't have a Bob's near me anymore. So I made my own chili size. Didn't go with the garlic bread, I figure noodles were enough.View attachment 5364417
When I first started dating the Mrs, she introduced me to chile on pasta with cheddar. I thought, ur kidding right? The Italian heritage in me screams thats gotta be a sin.. Now it's a favorite dish, so good!

Another new found favorite is bbq pulled pork pasta. Just the way it sounds, pasta smothered in pulled pork, bbq sauce and chives, covered in shredded cheddar.. Yum!!

Man, I just got a food boner. I need to try bbq pasta!!!!

Thanks for reminding me I need to put clams on my list for some chowdah.
I have some freeze dried clam chowder I’ve been eager to try. Made by Oregon Freeze Dried, the people who make MCWs for the military and the same people behind the “mountain house” line.

You’d think it would be nasty, but apparently it’s actually tasty. Now i just gotta go backpacking before winter ends to try it

Edit: Pretty sure it IS and actual entree from an MCW
