how old should it b to sprout . how long do yall think i should leave the light on i have 2 x 100 watts n its the 2nd day n its nt growin

leave the light on 24/7 for the vegging stage and 12/12 for flowering, 2 100 watt cfls for one plant may squez u by the vegging but youll need 5times that for flowering, goodluck

check out the grow FAQ it will explain why and how long to run what type lights..it may take a few days to sprout maybe over a week.....

Run lights at 18/6 or 16/8 plants do better when they have time to rest just like us.

You did say sprout as in sprout seedling..? If so, no light to germ.....
Plate paper towel..seeds, towel, plate. and wet and keep wet at room temp... 24hr - 10 days...... Luck. :leaf:

I was used cfls for my first grow and bought a 400w HPS for this grow and it made a big diff.
