So i found out 5 weeks into veg i have photo periods not autoflowers i just started getting them used to the dark for 8 days now on 20-4 plan to veg until the 22 or 28th aug what do you think about the LST method and my so called super crop (probably wrong) hope they don't hermie

its goin good guys @Enigmatic Ways & taygro its day 75 in the flowering stage im getting ready to harvest a plant tomorrow for the space ill let my others go for 90 days or until half amber/ half cloudy its been a long time coming
im trying to figure out from both of you guys should I let my smaller fan leaves dry before cutting them or should I cut them off during harvesting??? and when do you guys chop you're tree I hear immediately after dark period yall heard that before??

I cut off all my leaves during harvest because if you wait it becomes a lot more difficult task. I tried the dark period & I could see absolutely no difference, but hey it may work for you, and yes I've heard that you chop immediately after dark period, that's what I used to do.

how long did you cure im chopping in the morning after dark I have a plant that smell like hay did any of yours ever do this??? if so what did you do??

If you would like me to respond quicker you have to quote my post so I get a notification...I only cured for two weeks, but I would suggest at least a month cure...Yes I usually get that smell but it starts to change after a couple weeks cure.

@Enigmatic Ways thanks I tried researching but its kinda difficult to find anything about it someone told to me sulfur but u think if I cure for a month it will go away on its own it going amber as we speak lol

Yes it should...After 2 weeks the hay smell should dissipate, but they probably still won't be to much of a weed smell until you break the buds open....But 2 more weeks after the first two weeks the marijuana smell should start to be prevalent when you open the jars.

If you're getting hay smell and the buds don't smell till you break em open, you're doing something wrong

Right...when this happens you know something went wrong during the drying process...because this has happened to me before, and when this happened to me I had to go through the process that I explained to him before I had any type of real smell they came back to the buds.

what is the cause of the hay smell im approaching day 90 flowering and both plants have the exact smell I read somewhere in another forum that it could be a sulfur problem I understand to cure a little longer but how do I fix this problem on the future grow?? @Enigmatic Ways @noysy @GaryGoodson

Oh your saying it smells like hay and you haven't even harvested yet? Which genetics are you growing that smells like hay right now?
