plant em sideways so they have the ability to upright themselves. if they develop a "U" shape at the base because they were planted upside down they will be slower, perhaps never recover.
when i germ soon, i'll throw beans in a shot glass w/h2o + 1 cap of off the shelf hydrogen peroxide overnight. gently removes bacteria, moreover oxygen is increased. the seeds that float usually aren't viable.
after a day as the radicle emerges place the pointy side down, or round (circle pattern) side up.
just a few ideas. good luck

I have 1 4ft 4 bulb T5 fixture, 3 85W CFLs 18/6, growing in Soil Organics, International house of guano nutes, oregonismXL, soil organics Trinity. All the plants are growing like wild fire since I innoculated with the oregonismXL. I haven't got any pics yet, I know thats what makes a thread interesting. I am working on it.
I just put a Black Jack, An AK48, and a RI RED in the bloom room (12/12). They are all around 8 weeks in veg (18/6). I needed room in my veg room and I only had 3 plants in the bloom room,so I thought I would choose a sativa dominant, a indica dominant, and a cross Hobie gifted to me. Soil Organics soil, International house of guano kit nutes. Additives; a Roots Organic sample pack that I recieved from Mothernature Hydro (Trinity,AminoAide,and Big Swell)

When growing multi strains you really need to do some homework and select strains of similar height as it will be pain

thanks, I plan on keepeing the taller plants on the ends and the shorter plants in the middle, this way each plant should recieve the proper lighting.
