It's actually recognized by most of the police and judges in flint and surrounding I guess It's the only DR office that has it, so until it's more wide open it won't really be noticed by most people, I got my card already so it don't matter, but I seen one and I thought they were better and got a damn picture on them!

It's not legal in any way, shape or form. Good luck with it tho.
 
They've been doing this kind of thing in Cali since 99 or so. They have docs in Cali come to the patients home to give an exam and the doc prints a card out right there on the spot with a machine he has. Can't remember the documentary where I saw it, but I believe the same thing is going to be happening here.

we suggested this to the House judiciary committee..it's on tape.well we said that we felt like jews in 1933it's near the end on youtube of the second part. like 2 women before me.
