New forum room

Anybody else think it be a good idea to add another forum room focusing on growing experiments?

yeah for sure it took me a while before I got somthing good together in my grow room, I tried a bunch of differn't mediums, strains and set ups.... etc, I'd like to see what every one else has tried.

I def think this is a good Idea.
This way people can learn from mistakes.
People can also benefit from findings.

Seems like it would have a significant overlap with the Grow Journal section. Ever time you would test out a new method of growing, you could start a grow journal.
BUt if there were a lot of other types of experiments that could be done that wouldn't fit under the grow journal section, like cloning a leaf, then I would think it would be a great idea. I just can't think of too many other experiments that wouldn't involve an entire grow...

maybe it could go in the faqs section after the experiment is complete. like a "completed experiments" section.

I can tell you right now that the only value in cloning a leaf is the satisfaction of seeing it gain root. 'cause that's it, that's all it fucking does. I've never waited longer than 3 weeks though, so I suppose it's not entirely proven yet. Although it is proven that even if it does manage to produce nodes the time it takes to do it just isn't worth it.

I tried this experiment 3 times too.

I think that would be cool.

I think it would be good to have a forum, maybe a subforum, on growing problems. It seems that a lot of the questions in the newbie forum and others are about growing problems.

like if i wanted to no about an experiment with diffrent lights, then i dont think id want to serch through the full thread just to find out the result.
