New ghetto-rigged micro...Help and imput please

Hey All,

Friends just handed me down the equipment (400wT5) and the clones, so I transferred them into 3 gallon smart pots and now starting the 18/6 cylce. I have a fan blowing from the ground upwards. Any ideas of how I can keep temperature consistent without dropping a fortune. Any and all help is appreciated.

maybe open a window and get some fresh air circulating through the room. your humidity is little high.
