New grow advice needed

Hi fellow growers
I am new to growing in doors and have purchased a grow tent kit c/w
1300w 2500 & 6500 cfl + 2 red and blue led light panels.
I am running 5 inch exhaust fan through carbon filter and 6 inch fan pushing air in.
I will be growing in soil and perlite @ 25 - 1 ratio
May go full hydro later but have experience growing out doors so stuck with soil for the first attempt.
Will be fertilising with organic fertilisers.
Can any one see anything drastically wrong with this set up I am using.

Throw in a drip setup and add a little coco or peat to the mix to maximize your nutrient retention and you will be kicking some ass.

stick with what you know and you will be successful . keep in mind hydro you have to keep the water cool from 60 to 65f .

l ike about 20-25% perlite, can't get enough drainage and air in soil
