New grow area in the works. Advise?

Hey guys,

I just decided to set up about half my garage as a grow area. I took 10x25 blue tarp and sectioned off the part of the garage I wanted to use (the walls that are connected to the inside of the house.) I then took 3.5 black plastic sheeting and lined all the blue tarp so the area is sealed off from any natural light.

I will be adding one 77x77x77 tent for flowering and one 48x48x78 tent for veg. In the flower tent I will use a 1000w hps and in the veg tent I will use 2 - 4ft/4bulb T5 lights.

I will have 7- 5 gallon buckets in each tent after my first 4 weeks of veg and 3 different strains in each tent. I have 2 air pumps that will run all the buckets. one 110LPM and one 45LPM. I also put two smaller air stones in each bucket instead of one 4 inch one (seems to produce more bubble over more space.) I also hot glued the air stones to the bottom of the bucket to keep from floating around.

I have:
77"x77"x77" tent

48"x48"x78" tent

one 4" inline fan and carbon filter with the ducting.

one 6" inline fan and carbon filter with the ducting.

6" inline booster fan

1000w cool tube and reflector

Two 4ft/4bulb T5 lights

110lpm air pump

45lpm air pump

Exhale C02 bags

Three 6" rotation clip fans

What would be the ultimate way to set up this area up?

I want to bring in are from outside how could I filter it to keep bugs and dust out?

To me it sounds like you are going to need more light for your flower room. I believe the optimal footprint for a 1000w is around 4'x4', 5'x5' at max. I have 3 1000w in a 4'6"x15' space and I need 2 more to fill the room with proper light (in my inexperienced opinion). I am a new grower myself and just currently completed my first grow room and final have some plants vegging.
I wish you luck with your room, I was thinking about $1500 to get running, after many many trips to many stores my budget maybe doubled so be prepared for that. Also one bit of crucial information on venting is to have a independent intake and exhuast for your lamps, then a separate fresh air intake and a separate exhaust for the filter aired. I tried to include cooling the lamps with the filter system, did not work for me. When they told me growing would teach me patients I thought they meant waiting for the plants to grow not trying to get my tempatures under control. Good luck brother :wall:

Dust shroom from horti culture it has 0 cfm loss and if connected to air cooled lights you will never clean your glass again I love them but there pricey. Lighting is easy you need 35 watt psf in veg and 45 psf in bloom or 45 psf in veg with co2 and 55 psf in bloom with co2.
