New grow room

Hi all thought I would share my new room which is 75% finished it’s 3.7m by 2.75m and 2m tall will be running a mixture of cfls Mh and hps will also be going 100% organic I’m using 2 150ltr raised type beds with super soil few other things like Mycorrhizae ,neem cake tiger worms have been feeding soil for 3 months . feed will be home made teas and molasses I’m only doing 6 plants yes I know it’s a lot of space for just 6 but I wanna be able to access my plants easily fed up of working in cramped conditions just waiting for Mylar sheeting,fans,fan controller and filters to arrive then job done any comments are welcome

Cheers lads I’m really pleased as think I can pretty much control the environment with out to much hassle was thinking may have to bang in ac unit but over last 24hrs been monitoring room and out side temps with no equipment on what’s so ever and I’m pleased might need little extra heat when lights off but nothing major but will do proper test once’s final sheeting is up

The first tall scrog is electrical 7mm wire the black wires have been threaded through drill holes spaced 4” apart the red wires are tied on so they slide so can alter the size of the squares if needed the white netting on second scrog is plastic trellis 3” squares the frame is made out of a old metal greenhouse frame the two scrogs sit on top of each other by plastic connectors reason two scrogs going to lst the ass out of my plants lol

I always like seeing what people come up with when making up a new grow room.

Shes at day 14 she wasn’t very happy when her roots first made contact with super soil but she’s cool now hoping to clone her mid January

Got more done to my room today getting there slowly but surely looks a bit rough at the min but it won’t when I have finished hoping can get it finished tomorrow unless my fpo wants to do Xmas shopping fpo = fun protection officer (my mrs ) Bless her !

Rooms coming on now should be finished next few days also topped mother plant she’s a beast showed no sign of any stress what so ever after being topped have raised her light a little as she’s super short she’s at 18 days from first true leaves she’s had nothing but water pleased with her ☮

im just curious, whats that room look like from the outside of the house? did you put up some curtains or sheets on the inside to hide the mylar? or can your neighbors just plainly see that your beautiful glass sunroom is now covered in mylar?

Lol from the out side all you see is privacy film which is a mirror then inside the glass has been insulated so my neighbours can’t see Jack night or day ☮

awesome, i was sincerely hoping that with all that nice work you've done you hadnt made a critical mistake by leaving it visible from the outside lol. looks good in there man, i actually just downsized from a 2 story condo to whats basically a studio..renovated garage on a family members property, so i had to downsize my grow too but i hope one day to have a dedicated room again, definitely got some ideas! you must live in a colder climate than me. i insulated the whole floor in this garage except for where my tent is, i believe the bare concrete is helping keep my tent atleast a degree or two cooler than it would be with insulation and carpet under it.

I put the privacy film in there a month or so before I started anything only prob I can foresee is think I’m going to runs some qb led lights in the summer as it’s south facing and gets warm
Worse case scenario might have to bang in a ac unit but will cross that hurdle as and when ☮

Hey forgive my ignorance if this has been asked or addressed already, Ima lil lit on xmas spirit right now haha, my question is - how are you regulating temps in there? you have intake/outtake going on? I hate working with lights that arent isolated into an enclosed hood fan with venting for vortex/cf's.. i wouldve thought youd have cool fresh air coming in from somwwhere and exhaust fans to disperse of heat? But I just see pedestal fans in the pics which to me would just blow around hot air? I mean I guess those lights arent really pumpin out that much heat but I would still be hesitant without some climate control.. im not judgin or hatin on your set up just curious bro, much love

I did mention at the start of the thread dude in waiting for my fans filter and fan controllers to arrive I will be running a phresh 8” hyper fan With scrubber for extraction and 6” fan for intake they will set up using the the windows in the picture below just need to attach some ply to the windows with a 8” and 6” hole for ducting and as I can’t support of the filter from the ceiling with have to buy a filter stand !

elev8, femmed? yeah, nanners abundant from what I am told. that said there is a pheno out there that someone sorted/shotgunned that is not prone to hermie, perhaps not femmed or backcrossed?
