The box has 4, 100 watt CFLs in the top of it, 1 in "daylight spectrum" 1 in "sunlight spectrum" and 2 in "full spectrum". I also have a 65 watt plant light at the bottom facing upwards, mainly for heat, as the ventilation I have currently cools the box too much!
There is a 12v fan out of a Nintendo gamecube, jimmy rigged to a 12v power supply, as well as a 12v fan out of an old computer I had. The two fans, in opposite corners of my box move air quite nicely. The box is 360 mylared as well. my only problem I think will be humidity, due to exposed electronics, im afraid of having a mister or anything.
EDIT: I will be moving on to a 400 watt HPS with a few 120 watt plant lights for supplemental lighting around the room.
Has anyone ever heard of doing a "sideways" grow? Meaning, i've got the light off the one side, instead of above. I don't have room in my attic for the plants to grow upwards, so, this is probably the only viable option? Will this work?
Basically.
