It didn't matter whether or not I signed the search form. If I hadn't they would have taken me to jail and then got a search warrant signed by a judge and went in and took everything anyway. Their evidence was legit from the start. If you invite a police officer into your house (which I didn't, my mother did) and say you have a gun or a bag of weed in plain sight on a table in front of them. It's called evidence in plain sight. I knew the law before they even asked me to sign the form. I'm not stupid. I also know that the less you co-operate with the police. The worse they shit on you. Like I already said though, I didn't invite them in. If it were my home, I would have said no, you can't search. Or no you can't come in and stepped outside. And to add to that. Before the detective came to me with the search form he had already brought one to my mother and she signed it.
