New grow

First time growing, 4 weeks from seed, looks a little small to me, any tips

It looks a week old.
Provide us with information about your grow........medium, nutes, pH, feeding schedule, etc. etc.
You'll get more responses if you take your pics under natural light instead of the blurple.

It’s probably cold in there I’m guessing since it’s 4 weeks old and still standing.

As I said I'm new to this so just trying it in grow bag soil , no notes added, just spraying with filtered water when dry, temperatures just right. Does it need a bigger pot?

It's not time to transplant yet.
Your slow growth problem is probably due to poor soil and lack of oxygen in the root zone........it's the only thing it can be.
When you transplant, I recommend adding about 30% perlite........that's if it ever gets to that point.
