new grow

please be patient with my grammer and spelling, i never said i was the brightest crayon in the box =)

alright, so i've decided to set my closet up as a grow room. i'm very new to this, but i have been doing some research. i decided i'm going with soil. my soil mixture consists of 3/4 moisture control miracle gro, and 1/4 manuer. i also sprinkled some 12/12/12 (nitrogen, phosphate, potash) in and mixed it up. i'm using a 4 foot flourescent 2 strip. i covered the walls of my closet with foil (dull side out) and threw in a fan.

does this sound like a good set-up? i'm pretty confident in it, but i definitly need all the help i can get! again, this is my first time growing hoping for a good yield from it. i've experimented with growing misc. plants but never kept them around.

i took a few pics as well, they're not the greatest quality, i had to take them with my laptop, which made it kind of awkward.

MG moisture control has pleanty of nutes for the first 3 weeks, and by adding the poo-poo youve added pleanty of Nitrogen. Just stick with balanced water for the first 3 weeks and tear down the foil cause it creates heat and paint the walls white if no mylar is available.
