hey is a 125w cfl bulb enough for 4 plants?
when should i turn it on??
and is white sheet an ok reflector??peaceee

it is not enuf. white sheet is horrible,turn it on for 18 on and 6 off till it is at least 8 inches then do 12 and 12, you need more light at the right spectrum
