new grower help

Ok so I am a first time grower and I have a few simple questions. So please give me simple answers I would really apriciate it.

How long do I keep my plants in the grow room?
When should I Pruning my plants and is there an online guide or book I can get to instruct me on doing this?
How long should I keep my plants in the bloom room before I cut them?
How important is to keep a mother plant vs. using the trimmings to clone from?

How long do I keep my plants in the grow room? Until they are done! about 3-4 months more or less.

When should I Pruning my plants and is there an online guide or book I can get to instruct me on doing this? I start to top/fim mine at about the 5th or 6th node I'll add a pic below for you.

How long should I keep my plants in the bloom room before I cut them? Depending on strain 8-12 weeks

How important is to keep a mother plant vs. using the trimmings to clone from? I think it is much better to have 1 mother plant and cut clones off of her. After she gets about a year old bud her out, and use one of her clones to be your new mother. Yes!!! also use your trimmings to make clones too, never wast what could be a perfectly good plant!

Buy some decent beans. Each seed is gonna be alittle different. You wanna clone every plant to start with. Bud the ones you cut, and you'll know which clone to keep as a mother...ie which one you liked the best. Go to radio shak and get a mini microscope(12$) when the trichs start to turn amber they are done. Happy growin!

Good post but you still should put the clippings into cloning just to not waste and start the new batch
