Hello, I am new to growing and I would like someone to tell me if I am on the right track or not. This little guy sprouted April 30th, and has been getting much larger every day. I use a Miracle-Gro 18-18-21 plant food with trace minerals. The soil is also MG, Organic Choice...it was the soil that most consistently had a PH just under 7. Under the soil is about 1.5" of 1" rock and holes for drainage. I follow the feeding guidelines and keep the soil moister proper. The temp inside my box is between 75-85 degree's with a fan controlling that. 24 hours under a HPS bulb right now. The plant is currently growing about 1/4 inch per day, although it was going slower at first. Right now it is 4.25" tall and 5.25" wide. Once I get a few more fans of leaves I plan on cutting the light back to 18 hours. I don't know if its too early to tell, but there seems to be two pistils on either side coming out where the first node connects to the stem. How am I doing?

p.s. Sorry about the second picture, digital zoom sucks.

Those are just going to be the new branches, you can't sex it yet. Also I would be very wary of feeding your plant this early, the soil by itself should have enough nutrients to sustain your plant for at least a month. That said your plant looks nice and healthy, good luck, just be careful with the nutrients this early.
