New grower in need of help

I am currently at this stage I was planning on changing up the lighting a few days ago from the leds to a t5 to speed up the germination tho I have left things the way they are within 4 days of planting my seeds I am at this stage, as you can see it is an absolute jungle in there I'm worried about transplant shock etc.to be honest this is a first time grow I did not expect any of the seeds to sprout but they all did lol apart from destilled water and this nutrient i have not been adding anything else.

Why are they all in one pot? A lamp is enough at that stage?? Good luck getting them out

I leave mine under a small T8 for the first 3 weeks and its enough to keep them from stretching.

because i was having no luck germinating up until recently, it was no fun doing the transplant i tried to be as gentle as possible i did it early as i did not want the roots getting tangled, hopefully they survive but yeah thats daefinitely something i will not do again lmao

Instead of throwing them away you could pull all but one out of the pot and try to get the roots aswell so atleast you have 1 plant.

If you let them go they will strangle each other and you will end up with nothing, best of luck. Keep us updated !

the pots you see in the first few pics are 200mm smaller sized pots tho i ran out of the smaller sized ones and ended up with a 500mm larger pot for the last seedling i decided to throw the healthiest looking one into the larger pot, im just running them under the red/blue leds for now seeing how i go than im going to change it up to my more powerfull 130w lights
