NEW grower looking for advice on transplanting

hello everyone right now i have a month and half old plant sitting in some soil i got from wal-mart i just nute- watered it yesterday,and today i just got some FFOF soil i was wondering if i should wait till next watering before i transplant it into the FF soil cause i read it will give your plant nutes for 30 days and should i water the plant with water for the 30 days

any advice would be great 1 more ? i was going to mix perlite in my soil but all i can get around here is MG perlite and i really dont wanna use MG so i was wondering if i can use vermicolite with the FF soil instead

You can transplant it whenever you like. Then just give plain water as needed every few days or so, for the next 3 weeks.
