new grower lost!!

hey, im just starting out and im lost when it comes to which seeds r good to use or which ones r bad? mind you im talking about seed from sacs ive bought

White ones are ones that are already cracked are shit.
If you soak them to germinate them the ones that sink right away are bad aswell..
You want nice pattern like veins on your seeds.. nice... brown... and wont crack if you give them a good squeeze.
