New grower needs Help

First grow can't figure out what is wrong with it. i think phosphorus

ouch, looks like a bunch of problems. your going to have to tell us in detail everything about your grow
 
First off get a close inspection underside of those leaves. Look very closely and get you a loupe or magnifying lens or something if you can. You'll likely find some creepy crawlies under those leaves.

Agreed. 2nd photo looks a lot like spider mites.
 
It started out as just for fun since ive been home injured .. It started outside from bagseed in the shade of a tree I potted it and brought it inside once i got a set up running. Its in fox farms Ocean soil it hasnt been fertilized. Tent stays at between 71 and 79 degrees with no drastic fluxes .. I use tap water but let it sit for atleast 24 hrs before using.
