new grower, nute deficiency? need help, with pics

Hi,
I finally got my first setup started, and after a harsh transplanting shock (added with a cold room and too much/too close light, this caused the bubba leaves to turn purp) they started recovering really well once the climate was well controlled and the light was moved farther away. Now they're about 4 weeks old and I think they're suffering from some sort of deficiency. The leaves are curling and winding somewhat sideways, and the lower leaf tips are turning yellow. From what I've read my first idea was a potassium deficiency, but I want a second opinion before I do anything about it. The fat leaved bushy plants are bubba kush, and they started showing signs of this at least a week ago, and it has been progressing.
Setup:
Flood and drain in rockwool cubes, watered every 3 hours
PH between 5.5 and 6.3
Nutes: Botanicare Premiumblend Pro Grow
Nute levels: between 350 and 420 ppm (yeah, the highest i've seen is actually 420)
Water temperature 68-72*
Air temperature 65*-73*
Humidity 20-40%, not controlled, just measured
Lighting: Currently only one 600w halide about 3.5-4' from plants, 24 hours
Also i've been adding CO2 by just spurting it from the tank every time I'm in the room.

Strain: Mostly lavender, with 5 bubba kush

In the past few days I've started to notice similar effects starting to take place in some of the lavender plants, to a much smaller degree:

More pics, I've started to add Earth Juice Meta-K for potassium deficiency, which could be caused by the low humidity. a humidifier is on the to-do list.

Can anybody please tell me if I'm on the right track??

I grow hydrophonics and the only advice that i can think of giveing you is?I use vitalinka;b with a drop of superthrive for every litre of water. But when my plants are at the stage yours are now i feed less than it says on the back of the vitalink tubs it says 3/4 ml per litre but i go has low has 2 ml per ltr just untill i feel that they look healthy enough to take right amount get your mix to 5.5ph

Your rockwool looks moldy, get the light off of it by covering it up. Your plants are stretched lower or increase lighting. Your plants are also very small for hydro plants at 1 month mine are typlically 3-4 that size in hieght and bushyness. Id say the alge or mold is lowering the DO in the water and thats leading to the drooping so I'd also add some H2O2 in order to fight the mold and increase DO. Good luck but I think your in for a battle

I grow hydrophonic and i have had same problem when i first started out thats not to say i don't sometimes get the odd plant that shows signs of ill health.I use vitalinka/b veg and bloom. It says on the bottle that you should use 3/4 ml per litre but i have started to use has low has 2ml and to be honest i always use this ammount now untill i think that the plants look healthy enough to take the ammount on the back of the bottle.Ieven use the same method on my plants that are grown in soil i always bang a few extra plants around the hydro tub and always keep a mother of each plant that i grow that way you end up with a good libary and plenty of nice clones that if you take 3 week b4 end of 1 grow you are ready to go straight into bud i'm sure that you will have seen that green guy i do belive him and green house are by far the gosspal in soil and hydro grow ups my hydro is more of a bath shape than the spider feeder one but what ever works but all your clones look like they can easy be saved.Keep it simple keep it disgreet and smoke your head of.

over fert without nute burn yet. back off the ppms- see the dark green and distotred leaves?-u have a couple issues happenng here and your best bet it too:
cut back that watering from 6 times a day to 3 times a day or 4 times if you cut back the duration. root issues from being water logged, porb now have some decent salt build up.
run on plain tap ph at 5.8 with some h202 for 2 days. start at 3 times a day and no ppms except for the ca and mg in the tap water. than start real low-like the lowest u can. they should recover but u gotta work on this. usually having your ph off by .50 will not cause sig harm, but when you have overwatering, overferting it becomes one-too much N, lockout of Mg-see ur pics.
simple guess is we are all guilty of to some degree of simply trying to rush them.

Thanks for the info, I lowered the light to 2.5' and turned on a second 600w mh. I know they've been hurrrtin, but I don't think they're worth getting rid of, I think saving them will be easier/cheaper then starting over, especially since I have no mother and had to purchase clones.

Started adding the h2o2 today, any reccomendations on amount of dosage for a 50 gallon res?

Also, the lights are air cooled but not completely sealed, how close is it safe to have them to the plants?

I really appreciate all the help, I know I'm in for a battle, but it's a learning experience you all went through once.

Roger that bandit, I'll start doin that tomorrow, I'm outta PH down and it's sunday so I can't change the water today. Do you think the coroplast rockwool covers will stop enough light to help with the algae? I've left the wrappers on the rockwool on for the same reason, should I pull 'em off?

nah, leave em-that was a good tip plust you will get a bit more reflection albeit small back onto the lower branches. nice set up man, looks like u took ur time and di ur research. they are just simply being pushed to far too fast, as we all have done.
very general rule is to wait 2-3 weeks before feeding 1/4 strength. these guys wont need nutes for at least 10 days. for now, back off the watering until u can flush the res. u can use like 1/16 nute solution if you can do it that low-also maybe a fan blowing around the plants to get them to stiffen up a bit-they look kind of thin and stretchy more likely due to the high levels of n. u can drop the lights a little more for now to get the to use the nutes they have so decided to store.
they will recover fine and u should turn out a good crop if u back them off.
