New grower. Please help!

This is my first time growing, I have a 600w hps air cooled hood w/ dimmable balast. It's currently on 75% @ 450 watt. Soil Is organic roots 707 using 10.5" pots 3 plants total all being 7 days old from seed I need any ideas of what's going on with these ladies..they almost look like overwater and or ph.? Seem right? And they aren't yellow, that's just the light. They are a healthy green..

Whats the temperature? Looks like heat stress.

Raise the light. Their too tiny for that intensity imo.

the light is at 14", and i have read with an air cooled light it can be lower…it isn't very hot on the back of my hand and reads 75-77*. please correct me if I'm wrong!
