New grower questions

Hi there I'm new to growing was given a seed from a friend and got the information I have now all off the Internet, books and watching friends. I have this plant under 3x 24w 1450 lumens cool daylight 24/7 and have a fan and heater in the wardrobe because the house can get quite cold, im currently using guano super grow but will soon purchase some a & b nutrients. I had the lights too close and accidently burnt the tips of a few leaves but the plant recovered fine so I just have a few questions no negativity please just trying to grow my self some pot to smoke on a limited budget.

There was a problem 6 days ago which caused the lights to be turned off for about 10 hours and I have noticed 2 tiny white hairs emerging from the tip of the plant does this mean it is a female?

The leaves on the bottom of my plant have turned slightly yellow dry and curly at the end should I trim them off?

Should I get another light or two?

Is it important to have a fan running 24/7

I will really appreciate and feedback and tips, thanks.

How old?(looks to be a few weeks old imo) and what strain is the plant?
usually white hairs(pistils) means its a female.., do you have a better pic?
normally the white hairs will show in between the branches.
what is the temperature where the plants situated? it may be too cold for the plant.
you might want to get another cfl or 2 and maybe move the fan away a little bit or turn it off.

that big ass fan :p Hopefully you dont wind burn the little guy can you move it a distance away and oscillate?

More light is better. Spring for a Metal Halide if you have enough money.

Dont trim the leaves off let them do their thing.

How many nodes is that? 4-5?

I'm going to say 4 weeks old seems to be growing a bit slowly, wouldn't know about the strain sorry, it's probably 20 degrees + at the moment. Should I get another 2 cfls and focus them on the side of the plant rather that the top? Here's another picture thanks man.

5 nodes I'm going to say, have moved the fan further away and turned down, am I suppose to remove some of them? Thanks

Easy to overwater in that big of a pot for that small of a plant

If i am using an oversized pot i just water a little bit to saturate around the plant. I wont water the whole pot.

Just get that plant as much as you can. Make sure it is not above 80*-85* F around the plant. Ideal to be about 75* F with the lights as close as possible.

I have watered it quite a lot, should I leave it awhile to obsorb the water throughout the soil and dry out a bit before watering again?

Would it be worth downsizing or leave it as is? Thanks
Leave it where it is and let it grow. Just keep soil moist, but not wet. As long as the plant shows healthy growth and good color, it is doing fine. Some strains grow faster and flower faster than others. That has more to do with genetics, which can't be manipulated. Some strains grow easier than others, so just give it the basic necessities, and as it grows it will tell u what it needs and what it doesn't
