That looks like nute burn/toxic salts buildup to me. Don't take those leaves off until really dead and if they go hard, thick and crispy it's salts buildup. Normal yellowing leaves them soft, thin and pliable.
I would get yourself some RO or distilled water if you can and and use that for a bit so you aren't adding more mineral salts from your tap water. Or much as I hate too flush it a bit with your tap water if that's all you got but try to get the pH down to 6 or lower to neutralize some of the carbonates in the soil. Just pHing the water has little effect on bringing down the pH of the soil in the pot when minerals have built up in there.
At least you don't have a mite infestation going on like I do now. Never get clones from a well-meaning buddy!
