Going to Wal-Mart tomorrow. Did u see the pic I just posted. Ima get some 2 or 3 gallon pot holders with the holes. With that said how much water should I give the plant with a 2 or 3 gallon pot holder?
Honestly when that young they really don't need much there is enough food stored to get it started and the cotyledons will provide food and eventually fall off but I generally use about a cup may b two when that size even in a big container but u may b better off going wit like a gallon container and a 5 gallon for later cheep pots these may cost u 8 bucks or so for both but I've had better luck when small in smaller pots up till really going good and need root space but there are plenty of ppl who go straight to the flower size pot when plants that young but I don't think u need much more than cup of water like once a week for that plant till she starts raking off

Someone mentioned perlite or a root grower to help make the roots stronger and longer?
Ya pearlite acts as help with drainage for water and allowing roots to breath so not compacted in soil its a good thing to mix in I go like 30 to 40 percent peralite to as soil but as for roots I don't use but u can If u want to but when the soil is not real wet the root's will take off seeking else where for moisture so one reason y over watering at young stage can b so detrimental to plant I personally don't use anything except a super b when that young to help with stress from transplants and give vitamins but I just started to use I'd say less water and things should start to come around for u if u want to try root enhancers or superthrive go ahead but I'd do some research on on it BC that stuff could work against ya

A couple of drops of Super Thrive per half gallon may not work (it depends on whom you ask) but it definitely won't hurt.
