this guy said that he worked nasa research as well as disney research, while at disney. He was taught that this is a form of aero. Because it doesnt touch anything . He also claims that reservoir temps can climb as high as 80% without worry of rot, because roots are suspended in air. I dont believe this and I will give it a shot to see

Interesting system! Another technique/method that works.
Not to change the subject but....what are your goals? Do you want to grow more pot? Do you want to grow it faster?
Let's say you and me sit down at the table with a bunch of other stoners. I bust out my organically (soil) grown Kandy Kush and everyone takes a hit.... Now you bust out some of the same strain and everyone takes another hit. Emmm, can you taste the difference? Fuck no you can't because you're not here right now but I can tell you everyone's going to shit themselves over the old school, soil grown, hippy weed.
Let's say you grow more...or grow it faster...it's not going to matter at the table.
So when is hydro a good choice? When you don't have a lot of space. If you're limited to a closet or you live in an apartment then you are way better off growing with hydro. You don't want to be seen hauling 50lb bags of soil into your home!
You can grow weed faster with a hydro system but not more. If you want to grow a lot of weed then you just need space and a lot of lights. Find a good strain and you'll have buds coming out your ass within 3 months!
Remember the three most important things in growing:
1) Genetics
2) Genetics
3) Genetics
